Refund Policy
At Shreejee Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return. Ayurvedic and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
